Your guide to some of the important tax filing dates throughout the year:

2010 PERSONAL TAX RETURN

• Information needed no later than 3/15/10
• Last day to file: 4/18/11

2010 "S" CORP TAX RETURN

• If you are going to begin a pension plan or SEP for the first time, contact us by 12/15/10
• Information needed no later than 2/28/11
• Last day to file: 3/15/11

2010 LLC TAX RETURN

• Information needed no later than 3/31/11
• Last day to file: 4/18/11

2011 PAYROLL TAX RETURNS

• 1st Quarter information due no later than 4/8/11
• 2nd Quarter information due no later than 7/8/11
• 3rd Quarter information due no later than 10/7/11
• 4th Quarter information and Annual review of compensation due between Thanksgiving and 1/3/12
