TAX REPRESENTATION & RESOLUTION

As Federal and State taxes get more comprehensive, your chances of being contacted by the taxation authorities will most likely increase as well.

As a result, another Personal Financial Service that we offer is serving as your authorized Tax Representative in any tax matters involving the taxation authorities (IRS, states, localities?), and effectively resolving all matters in this regard.

• As our client, if you authorize us to represent you and to resolve any such matters, we will contact the tax authorities on your behalf and respond to their requests at NO COST.
  
  
• If the matter involves an 'in-person' affidavit request or audit, as your representative we will discuss the notice with you, along with our findings.  Additionally, we will discuss the matter along with the most-likely outcomes before you incur any cost.
  
  
• As your representative, we will provide you with any engagement letters in advance, and outline for you all of the related issues known to us at that time.

We understand the aggravation and anxiety that you may feel should these situations occur, and will do our very best to reduce your stress, if not eliminate it entirely.
