SUCCESSIVE SYSTEMAIC SUCCESS© allows you to manage these critical elements of your business:

1. Break down your marketing expenses to fit your target markets:
     a. Clearly identify the following groups of client marketing expenses:

  • Traditional marketing channels (direct mail, newspapers,
    magazines, etc.)
  • Electronic marketing channels (e-mail, web, social networks,
    mobile apps)
  • Each of the above groups must also identify the following
    sub-groups:
  • Recurring (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual)
  • As needed (per listing, project, etc.)

2. Identify each of your closings by the following factors:
     a. The type of closing (PSOI, repeat, passive, etc.)
     b. The marketing tactic which was instrumental in bringing the
         contact to closing
     c. The personal characteristics of your clients, including traits such as:

  • The type of profession or trade
  • The client's role in their profession or trade (employee, contractor,
    etc.)
  • Zip codes or location
  • The type of property (house, condo, etc.)

Note: Each realtor should evaluate these categories as part of their Annual Blueprint preparation process.
3. Pre-plan a targeted performance:
       a.  Your return on investment (ROI)
       b.  The hourly rate you want to attain
       c.   "Prospecting" vs. "client services" for your PSOI (Personal Sphere of Influence)

4. Project your Cost per Transaction before the business year starts, which is critical when planning your cash flow and separating your personal cash needs from your business' operational needs.
